Freedom and Manage Selfhood

One thing making me and all freshmen excited is freedom. There are no parents asking me to study, to do homework, or to go to bed. I have to try to be on my own. By the way, I must take care of myself and decide everything by myself. To be responsible for myself is the necessary way to grow maturity.

Operate With Caution

Modern technology today has made our life easier. For example, computer is very entertaining, and people become attached in it. We can receive mails, order goods, make an appointment, and even communicate with other people online. It’s so convenient that we can do a lot of things without going out and wasting much time. We can’t live now without computers. However, it also brings us many problems. For instances, the Internet has made shopping easy, but it is possible to steal online credit information. We also have to worry about viruses that could damage our computers. There are too many examples to take, and the only one thing we can do is operating with caution.

First Year of College

Now that I’m in college, I don’t live at home. I live in a dormitory with three of my classmates. I am so excited that our college has no curfew. There are also some interesting things happened in my dorm life. For example, one of my roommates would talk while sleeping, another would snore, and the other sleeping late every night. Even though we are so different people, we are very harmony. The reason is very simple. we just give each other privacy.

Wait

I always wait for something or someone everyday. When going to classroom, I wait for my roommates. However, I have out of patience to wait. I always think how slowly they could everyday. I wait to use equipments in dormitory, like bathrooms, washing machines. There are so many students live in dorm, but few facilities to use. There are too many examples to give, and I have wasted a lot of time to wait.

Happy New Year

With the new year coming, people all over the world celebrated in a splendid manner to meet and greet. I came across new year with dancing club members. We had a party with dancing as the main activity at Taizhong. People who assembled with us all loved dancing. We all excited in the party and welcomed the year in 2008 happily.
